The Store Locator WordPress plugin does support a Multi-Site Network. Furthermore, this is the feature of WordPress to create multiple websites using the same WordPress instance. To use the store locator in the multi-site network it is mandatory to not enable it at the network level. Instead, enable it on the individual sites by switching to the site and enabling it on each site separately.
