In a conversation with mentl, Scott Armstrong, we discussed the importance of creating a work environment where all individuals feel valued, supported, and can fully thrive. As we reflected on our neuro-diverse world, we stressed the importance of fostering a culture of inclusivity, awareness, and understanding. At General Motors Middle East & Africa, we strive to be the most inclusive company in the world, and we are proud to have formed a partnership with SEDRA Foundation, a non-profit NGO that provides a variety of people-of-determination-focused community services in the UAE.
