Late 2009 nobody expected the future of home design to arrive on a quiet street in the historic Montford neighborhood in Asheville, NC. Montford was in the middle of a rebirth due to the numerous artists that had found inspiration & affordability in the beautiful historic homes within walking distance to downtown Asheville. It is in this spirit that acclaimed designer David Way of Roost found inspiration for his newest design.

Peregrine 1 is a modern update on the charming cottages & bungalows found in Montford and other iconic neighborhoods of yesteryear. All Peregrine models have generous porch & patio spaces that promote 3-4 season living and connect the home with the neighborhood. The inside is compact yet open, with 2 & 3 bedroom with 2 & 2-1/2 bath options.
