Introducing the Next Chapter of Ancient Roman History
As we would say in Romecraft: Salve Amicis!
I am thrilled to unveil a new resource pack that I have been working on, designed to pay homage to the incredible textures developed by our community's founder, Stugace. As the title would suggest, Romecraft II is a new generation of Roman themed textures designed to immerse players in the ancient world. With over a decades worth of development, Romecraft has established itself as a powerfully comprehensive pack.
The resource pack utilizes the latest version of Optifine (1.20.1) with nbt.data tags that require renaming items or adding lore to the item. Having amassed hundreds of custom models and textures, the staff at RomeCraft II seek to expand upon this mountain of untapped potential with a server dedicated not only to the Romans, but also encompassing the entirety of the Mediterranean.
And if you love the textures and want to see even more updates on Romecraft's upcoming server, you can give us a follow on our Instagram/TikTok @Romecraft_Community!
You can read the server devblogs found on my PMC page or join the Discord for more information!
With that said, may your builds be grand and your adventures even more!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the creators for their pioneering work and the inspiration they have given. Their legacy will be forever cherished within our community, and it is my hope that Mithridatum can serve as a worthy continuation of their vision.

Update #8 - Locked In : by RomeCraft II 04/02/2024 2:27:29 pmApr 2nd
Salvete,
If you've kept up with the resource pack for long, you know that things have frequently changed to the pack. Many blocks have been removed or replaced, and while I do not want to rush the work, I have a server to launch as well! So with that said, I have added many new block textures, paintings, and more that players will surely love! But like always, my work is a bit sporadic, so you might not notice all the changes right away. Some of the concrete blocks and glazed terracotta have been changed and I am currently working on several different bricks and stone wall designs that can be used to diversify your builds. Double slabs continue to be a useful component to our building as well, so be sure to experiment with your blocks when using the pack!
In conclusion, I'm locked in boys.
