This villager pack are some assets from the [Player Mob Models Pack]. It turns villagers into player models and also retaining the vanilla style mixed with my style, including the wandering trader, and illagers (and also zombies to enhance mood and realism). There are 70 villager textures in total, containing diversity and many differences and similarities while still keeping the same style. There are some differences with the illager, while the original illager has more of a jacket or coat, this pack instead makes them wear medieval armor, and hoodies for illusioner and witch. So yeah, this is a pretty biased pack, but atleast the elements of the original illager textures, such as colors and other tiny details.
July 6 2024: Explaination about the "unecessary" features (some of my discord members said the features were unnecessary):
To explain the illagers, the zombies, and the iron golem, this resource pack that is about supposedly just changing the villager to human, some of you would expect that it should only be the villagers, and probably the zombie villagers, but for the sake of consistency, this extends to illagers, zombies, iron golem, because i wanna make this pack more realistic, sensible, and consistent, sort of making my own lore for the purpose of making everything fit together than just a senseless change, such as illagers being human enemy knights, zombies being more realistic than just every zombie wearing cyan shirt and blue pants, and iron golem being also human knights, but with a more biblically accurate golem variant, something a human with a certain culture would build (and thats all because the cleric villager texture looks like it is based on church clothing, so i made it more biblical)
If you want them removed, i wont be releasing a separate version and no one else should do it other than me (or Curseforge/Modrinth may ban me for submitting whats practically a duplicate), so instead, you just use the remover micropacks that are inside the pack file, or if you have an another goal, just go inside the pack file (no need to unzip), and then navigate your way and delete any files that are non-villager related, such as contents in the textures entity folder, in the optifine cem folder, and in the random entity folder.
To remove chest model, go to packfile->HPV Micro packs->HPV Modifiers, then grab the tit remover micropack, then put it on resourcepacks folder

Also, sorry for my bad english
Also, the file names seem to be from the illager mod, and thats suppose to work, i think
- is there a recruits mod config where you can switch the villagers to human model? And if so, then tell me how so i can put the instructions in the description
- why do they have that leg and arm animation, is that part of the recruits mod? I opened the curseforge website to recruits mod, only to see the showcase images only having normal minecraft animation
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/workers

it is the same for the workers mod, but the config is workers-common.toml and the setting is called “WorkersLookLikeVillagers”.
As for the arm animations, I believe the person that previously posted the screenshot is using epic fight, which there is an additional data pack to add support for. So otherwise it’s just normal vanilla animations
