If anyone would like help on this issue, Here is what you do.
1. Scroll up until you see a Content button above your name.
2. Click on the Content button.
3. Click on Edit on what ever you want to delete, and Scroll down Until you see the delete Button
4. Click Delete

Never mind, I figured it out
Just a suggestion, but editing the tread title with [SOLVED] or similar might be appreciated
