Give your snow golem 10 nether star to buff it. After buffing it snow golem will now shoot out snow ball that explode. and massively increase attack speed. the explode will not destroy any blocks. you can also give it another nether star to unsummon it.

10 Nether stars is so expensive. Make it only 1 Nether star and I am playing minecraft with this datapack.
